Great to hear the initiative to be thinking out-of-the box getting ideas to work in healthcare. I picked the double coupon in the poll, thinking that there are plenty of folks out there without reasonable deductables that put off the tests they need to prevent chronic disease conditions. Enabling the people who can to bring a friend who needs the procedure might be a good idea. Thanks Chris and team for helping us to think forward! Lori

PS: Loved your book Chris - "Joe Public Doesn't Care About Your Hospital" Time for us all to evolve our approach to healthcare delivery.

It will be interesting to see how the QR codes work out. I've seen 48 sheet posters with it on but that's on a busy road where traffic could slow to a standstill to allow scanning of it.
75mph and a camera phone? Blimey!

I love this ad. The only change I would like to see is that those pictured would have the quintessential stone cold expression seen on the face of every physician ever photographed since 1971. Heads down, arms crossed, too busy for a photograph. That says experience, warmth, and trust when it comes to choosing a healthcare institution to me.

I have always thought that all these months and weeks of recognition is just stupid. Certainly from the point of patients living with ongoing conditions, every day is "XXX month" for them. Certainly these health awareness months has gotten out of hand and become so watered down its meaningless. That's my view anyway.

This is great news for all the hospitals/health systems that never made it to a unified brand strategy. In one fell-swoop, they have gone from market lagers to market leaders! I can hear the chains of branding falling to the floor across our great land.

I don't know if you're trying to give "Saturday Night Live" a run for its money (or maybe "The Onion"?), but I laughed out loud. Your top 10 marketing/ad campaigns likewise HAVE to be made up?! Well done!
